How is it different from QLUE Enterprise?

QLUE (Enterprise), by Blockchain Intelligence Group, is the original enterprise-grade suite for advanced investigators. QLUE Express is a version for cryptocurrency investigators and small law-enforcement agencies to start right away — no lengthy procurement.

Who is QLUE Express for?

Two versions: the Free version is for casual investigators exploring Bitcoin at a basic level; the Standard version suits investigators who need multiple blockchains, better attribution, and case management.

How much does it cost?

There's a free version. Standard starts at $149/month ($49 access + per chain). Build a plan above to see your exact subtotal.

Can I have a free trial?

We recommend starting with the Free version. When you're ready for more features and expanded blockchain coverage, upgrade to a paid plan.

What if I need to change my blockchain access?

Monthly: adding a chain mid-cycle triggers a prorated charge for the rest of the period, then full price next cycle; removing one keeps access until the period ends. Annual: adding mid-term is prorated then full price at renewal; removing keeps access until renewal at no extra charge.

Can I cancel or pause?

Cancel any time before your next renewal. Case files aren't retained after cancellation unless you keep the $49/month storage plan active.

What training and support is included?

All versions get the Knowledge Hub. Standard adds email support. QLUE Enterprise includes a dedicated Customer Success Manager.
